Wat Phra Thong stands directly off Thep Krasattri Road (Route 402), Phuket\u2019s main north-south road. The main gate is easy to identify from the roadside, and the temple sits roughly 500 metres north of the Thalang District Office and Thalang Police Station.<\/p>

The location is around 20 kilometres north of Phuket Town and about 10 kilometres south of Phuket International Airport. Access is most practical by car or motorbike, although the main north-south songthaew route also passes through the Thalang corridor.<\/p>
