Tide height can help plan beach walks, boat access, reef-edge visits, fishing and photography, but it does not predict waves, rip currents, storms or whether the sea is safe.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>How to use the table<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Confirm the station, date, timezone and measurement unit.<\/li>\n<li>Use high and low tide times as planning information, not as a swimming-safety forecast.<\/li>\n<li>Check weather, marine warnings, beach flags and operator advice separately.<\/li>\n<li>Recheck the table on the day<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h2><br><\/h2><h2>What changes with the tide<\/h2>\n<p>Low tide can expose more sand, rock or reef edge; high tide can narrow the usable beach, cover access around rocks or bring water closer to sea walls. The effect varies from beach to beach because the beach profile and local seabed matter.<\/p>\n<p>For boats, tide height may affect shallow-water loading, beach landings, pier angles and the order of tour stops. Operators may change the route or landing point in response to real conditions.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Tide is not weather<\/h2>\n<p>Tides are predictable changes in sea level driven mainly by the moon and sun. Wind, swell, pressure, rain, and local currents are separate.
